21. Thomas "Hollywood" Henderson played for the Dallas Cowboys, was part of the famous 1975 Dallas draft from which 13 players made the team(maybe 12, but a lot). Was an all pro outside linebacker before drug use derailed his career. Tom Landry kicked him off the team in the middle of a season when Henderson was at the height of his game and popularity. Today, one would think he would be sent to rehab.

25. Or, are you looking for Arizona, which doesn't observe Daylight Savings, which means, in practical terms, it spends roughly half the year observing Pacific zone time, and half observing Mountain zone time.

14..Long before the Arabs, this city had a "Spring", but it was punished for it.

17..All reasonable guesses, but this fellow had no reputation as a bridge player. Golfer, yes, but not bridge.

21..Anybody remember what he was caught doing by TV on the sidelines that was the precipitating incident
for Landry booting him?

25..I must accept Pinot's version, for it conforms to the question's wording. Still, there is one state
that has a fixed near 1/2 & 1/2 split, and we don't have it yet.

Interesting "twist", but technically, Arizona is always on "Mountain Standard Time". "Mountain Standard Time" just happens to be the same as "Pacific Daylight Savings Time".
