While we await the next season, and while I await a crew to do some home installation,
I name 3 former shows that to me were can't-miss-a-single-episode quality.

JAG
The West Wing
House

Got 3 defunct ones you'd care to list?

Your next post, three current shows. Is it still only July?

I have never really watched a lot of series - but MASH was one of my favorite shows.

As a kid, Ironside stood out from all the other detective series of its day (Mannix, Charlie's Angels, Mod Squad, etc. etc,)

I also personally liked Maude, which fit my sense of humor, but it wasn't "can't miss".

Going back in time (though not as far as Howdy Doody) to "The Defenders" with E.G.Marshal
and Robert Reed in the early 60's. After all these years it was finally released on DVD just last week.

When I was very young I watched The Abbott and Costello show every day.
" So you pick up the ball and throw it to who ". Probably the best version of "Who's on First" occurred in the retired actor's home episode.
Seinfeld
Twilight Zone
I only included traditional TV shows and not cable series or I would have to squeeze in The Sopranos and The Wire somehow.
