OT: Distinctive Male Voices

WireChief has given me permission to start this thread. I figured with equality and everything we needed one for the guys too.

Distinctive voices. i.e. voices that when you hear them you immediately know who the singer is. Not sweet generic voices, but something distinctive. You should know the voice even when they are singing someone else's song.

We can start of with someone a little newer (since I know you old foggies will bring up the ancient dead singers ), Mr Eddie Vedder.

Great, great call. But while we're doing great tenors signing "The Italian National Anthem", here's the most celebrated AND DISTINCTIVE version (called "the slow version") by perhaps the 20th Century's greatest tenor (after Caruso and before Pavarotti),
