First time I have seen Davidson play this year. There half court offense is so much fun to watch. Even though they are not that athletic they are able to score against a very athletic Kentucky Defense due to excellent execution. Would love a coach who could put in a system like that at our school

McKillop is an outstanding coach. If he was 10-15 years younger he could have many jobs. Been at Davidson for 30 years

One of the keys is they have a lot of a lot of guys who can shoot from outside, including bigs. Went cold at the end, and it that's what cracked em.

EDIT: and here they come with under a minute lol

Anyone who's saying JC is not too old is mad. Guy wouldn't make it through year 1.

I really enjoyed watching Texas Tech. They absolutely fly around the court

There was a play where they forced a switch of Kentucky's PG onto their C with an open lane for the entry through a pick, re-pick, then slipped pick.
Kentucky was literally helpless.
It was beautiful.

Unfortunately their best player went 1-9 from 3 and they weren't good enough defensively to bother Kentucky enough on drives and Knox from midrange.

Kills me we didn't go after Kellan Grady. Yet another local kid who didn't even get a sniff from KO & co.
