What if you could train it to play under control and teach it some basic techniques. Put it on the Dline and it would be a terror it's upper body strength is 6 times stronger then a humans. It probably wouldn't have the coordination to play on offense, but on defense no one is blocking a gorilla.

I asked her and my mother-in-law has no interest in playing football.
Terrible, but funny. On the other hand, somebody has too much time on his hands and I don't mean you. How about a giraffe trained to know down passes.

Now thats just taking it too far, a Gorilla is at least a primate so it is physically capable of holding a football and having human instincts. Through evolution apes have been trained to do some amazing things so the idea isn't that far fetched, it would be dangerous for a human going up an aggressive Gorilla perhaps a game of 11 on 11 of Silver back Gorillas. Its just a crazy wild idea I've come up with but it is possible.

Hey guys what if we taught, like, a falcon, to be a football, and train it to fly to our guys only. It wouldn't be as soft on the hands as a football, but nobody is blocking a falcon pass!

OK my idea was crazy but not unrealistic.

Lack of opposable thumbs would make him a turnover machine.

Are crazy things not, by definition (at least in part), unrealistic?

Well Gorillas have human characteristics they just aren't as smart and humans just way stronger why not have the Gorilla just be a terror on the Dline.

Thats why I put it on the Dline all it has to do is destroy people while hopefully not killing someone.

Then they would fall for the screen pass every single time.

A gorilla would literally murder everyone on the field. Untameable strength.

10/10 would offer a scholarship.

Would it react to the screen pass probably not but it would take out the QB every single time and they do have speed.

A gorilla going up against JJ Watt would be like JJ Watt against a 90 lb woman.

It couldn't hold a football properly but it could be a lead blocker and hand it off to it occasionally it would have one wicked stiff arm. I have it play FB and DL.

"...at least I think that was what she meant, she just grunted and threw poo."

Wonder twins would be unstoppable if they have any eligibility left. Even at their advanced age 'wonder twin powers activate' would still be unstoppable.

If it must be an animal an OL of elephants - that's doable and trainable.

Hey guys let's get an Orangutan on the bball team. You can't teach length, after all. But you can probably teach an animal to play an organized team sport because, hey, at least it's a monkey.
