As a Mad Men and The Killing fan it is time I sat down and started watching this damn show.....because I have never sat to watch a full episode or even close I don't dare to keep it on for long for fear of not knowing what the hell is going on therefore not giving the show it's due......how many episodes am I looking at in ALL?? By the way just sat and watched the 4 episodes of "SUITS" after I kinda got into the 1st one......underrated show and now has my full attention as "Harvey" is to this show what Don is to Mad Men......good stuff thus far!!
yea I'm a big fan of Suits as well, love the style of it and Rachel is a dime. I'm waiting for the season to end to start with season 2. The Killing tho, mau how can you put yourself through that??
I prefer the feeling of getting that good fix by watching like 5 episodes all in a row, coming down, then doing it all over again.
I think people posting/commenting on the internet tend to complain more than they praise. I know many people thought it was boring, but among critics, it's generally seen as a "great" episode. It wasn't my favorite -- I think it does not compare favorably to Mad Men's episode "The Suitcase," for example -- but it was important. I could watch the paint on Walter White's house dry and find it fascinating, so I think it's bizarre that anyone could be bored by an episode where such important things are communicated. (And whoever said it would be a JTS episode ended up being DEAD WRONG. So, again, I tend to somewhat dismiss the "worst. episode. ever." complaints by some people who didn't like to watch talking instead of explosions. I'm not referring to you, btw; I'm referring to the commenters to the article you linked.) I thought last night's premiere was pretty good. Not GREAT, but solid.
No explanation for The Killing other than it got me and I enjoyed it.......Harvey's assistant Donna does it for me as well as Rachel....lol....Harvey's arrogance is a hoot.....
