and that it needs "profound restructuring"! What a joke - his calling for restructuring. Very puzzling after his bravado and defiance just a few days ago. Are some of his cohorts not content to go to jail without him? My guess the lawyers for some of them are talking to his lawyers. Though generally the resignation is generally held as a pawn in the negotiation of the deal.
