So Ive never been a huge fan of Arbys, their signature roast beef was always just mediocre in my view. But their Horsey sauce was always good 1) for taste 2) as a quick, effective laxative . Like 20 minutes quick

anyway on a recent drive across michigan I was starving and stopped at one. They had quite a few new signature additions to their menu. I tried the Brisket sandwich. It was shockingly decent for a 5 dollar and change sandwich.

So when I saw their newest item recently I was intrigued.

Arby's | Smokehouse Pork Belly Sandwich

Im here to tell you it is incredible.

Run out and get one today before they are taken back off menu

That sandwich checks in at 860 calories, 550 calories from fat, 61 grams of fat and 1,540 mg of sodium (1,500mg is the recommended amount for your entire day). And I'm the bad guy.

Reading Augie's posts and Alex's Facebook feed, I'm not sure which one of you is gonna drop dead first. It's a coin toss.

I've figure that since They "have the meats" that means that with about 6 minutes of consumption I'll have the meat sweats and be looking for any one holer.

Not sure they still have it, but a few years ago, I learned that they have a non-menu item that you can order. So I did. Twice.
    .
Go to Arby's and ask for the Meat Mountain.

A sandwich made with a bun, cheese and a full portion of every meat they have in house. The two times I got it, it was different. I think they had added a new sandwich to the menu, so the Meat Mountain changed to reflect that. It was still 10 bucks though. I imagine it's got pork bellies in it now.

    You ate at Arby's.

And then you raved about it to strangers.

Whatever moral high ground you thought you had in terms of condiments is long gone.

    It's going to be Alex.

He drinks homemade alcohol from 55-gallon drums.

It's embarrassing what's called a good sandwich these days. I once ordered a brisket sandwich at Arby's and I'm still trying to get the grease off. Actually their roast beef straight up is OK for that price point. Currently I'm still trying to cope with the Carnegie Deli closing at year end.

I'm of the mind that if you don't get unfriended at least at that rate, that you're doing Facebook wrong.

I find that the people who unfriend me are usually about 4-6 months later in doing it than I would have guessed.

That looks like it would give you the sheets faster than the Horsey sauce.

I'm not on FB and never have been, so it's all kind of Greek (or Lithuanian) to me.
