University of Connecticut coach Geno Auriemma was front and center for Greenwich’s game at Fairfield Ludlowe Monday night. The coach sat in the front row as the Cardinals topped the Falcons 61-48 and junior forward Abbie Wolf scored 23 points, grabbed 13 rebounds and blocked three shots.

They must be fairly serious about her. Just a thought in my head, but I wonder if this signals any doubts about Cox on their part. Maybe a plan B.

doing his due diligence - an in person evaluation is much better than video, and a visit from the head coach probably means more to a recruit than a hundred phone calls, or letters

Academic pedigree is important to Wolf. She said over the summer that Stanford is her dream school though there is no evidence Stanford is recruiting her...yet.
