Guy has an incredible reputation in TV and has negotiated TV deals for numerous leagues in bball and football. If we are staying in the Big East long term, this is the type of guy UConn wants.

Give Blumenthal a gold star for his academic record but a zero for his real world smarts. UConn would likely be in the ACC now if they had not sued everybody in sight. Blumenthal made a big show for himself with the lawsuit because he wanted more visibility for his next campaign. He got it and UConn got left out like the little kid at the playground who never gets picked to play.
