You are right - they don't. UCONN faced them 2 years ago in the elite 8 - UCONN the 1 seed, Kentucky the 2 seed. Whenever any of the "experts" talked about the game, they got all giddy asking how on earth UCONN would handle 40 minutes of dread...Until Kentucky gets an All American level talent at the Center position. They are pretenders to reach the Final Four and National Championship. Their frenetic and chaotic pace works against your average teams but when you start to play the elite teams, it doesn't work most of the time. They have got to improve their front court, especially at center. Can you see this Kentucky team matching up with UConn's front court? I don't.
They lost one of their key guards or point guard in the So Car game in that ugly incident I think? This is the same Kentucky team that lost to Duke (late December) by about 20, right? And also lost to <gasp> LSU a week or so ago???
