He might be the best fit for us for our half court offense alone.....per his ESPN profile:

"..Strengths:
McGusty is a long and athletic playmaker. He is a very good facilitator. He makes plays off the bounce on the break and in the halfcourt with a pass first mentality and approach. McGusty can run the halfcourt offense and is good at end of clock situations. ..."

Those highlights show a smooth spot up game with an ease to score off the dribble as well. I can dig it... Always down for some more J lamb type players

It is nearly impossible to cram more basketball cliches into four sentences - some intern used absolutely all of his basketbally words for that one.

Maybe in a little bit late on McGusty, but Katy, Texas has been good to us before and there's even former Husky residing there now...

Would be good for depth. Can always use playmakers/sparks off the bench.

You're clearly referring to all-time Husky great, Michael LeBlanc.

Pass. I don't think the kid is capable of scoring 20 points in any game.

Initially yes, but I wouldn't write him off as being unable to start as an upperclassman. Top 40 kids tend to do better than 4-year bench guys.

I really liked his game. He does remind me a lot of Jeremy Lamb. It looks like he has a better handle than Jeremy had when he first arrived in Storrs.

More guard than wing though especially size wise? Not in the range of Bailey but this kids game is really nice.

Anyone know how hard we are actually going after this kid? Now that it seems apparent that Bailey is taking a mission trip
