I assume we're talking about making up an injury his first year in the program, as opposed to one having actually happened.
I thought he meant just document every time a redshirting player gets dinged up in practice that way you can make the case that he wouldn't have been able to play due to all of the injuries. Stretching the truth more than making something up.
Didn't seem like he said that to me. It sounded to me like he was just advocating better record keeping.
