Looks like KO has some real pull out on trail
Wow....an early chance for KO to come up HUGE!
This was certainly a pleasant surprise.
KO going on an in-home. Same for Izzo and Coach K. Talk about contrasts.
That's just awesome.
I like our chances against anyone with Ollie in a recruit's home. I realize it's a long shot, but if KO pulls this guy in he deserves an extension on the spot.
I think that Ollie's religiosity could help with someone like Parker (hence BYU being on that list).
Well that didn't take very long.
WOW. Landing this guy would go a very long way towards giving KO another contract.
Even getting in the door speaks volumes. Wow. #1 recruit in the country.
Kevin really just needs to show promise on the sidelines and he'll get the extension. Hopefully sooner rather than later, because these recruits are going to start beating down the doors once he gets it!
All I have to say is WOW! Now let's not get our hopes up but here are some facts I have for you:
- He has said that he likes UCONNs system before
- And his favorite college basketball player last year was Jeremy Lamb. He loved him because of how he improved and what the staff did with him.
Hey Jabari, wanna play for a head coach that was an NBA starter 6 years ago?
I don't think any other schools can say that.
I'm not sure that we can land him, but this certainly has to shut up some of the "UConn will disappear without Calhoun" talk in the media...
Imagine what he could do with a long term contract and a few wins under his belt.
That won't shut up until we officially land a top flight guy. That's why getting XRM would be so huge.
If we add XRM and Parker... holy .
That won't shut up until he gets top players and has runs deep into the NCAA tournament. All sorts of people can recruit, not all can take those recruits and win.
Haha, they won't shut up until Ollie has at least 3 Nat'l titles too....just can't hurt to have that on Ollie's (limited) resume though.
He already has one.
