How UConn's Chris Dailey mentors Baylor assistant coach Chloe Pavlech: 'Invested in my journey'

Former UConn women's basketball graduate assistant Chloe Pavlech is now an assistant coach at Baylor and will coach against her mentor, Chris Dailey.

"Chloe Pavlech still remembers ... Chris Dailey during her interview to become a graduate. Dailey asked Pavlech a simple ... question: '"What is the No. 1, most important thing in coaching?" Pavlech responded with a list of traits that make a good coach. While they were all correct answers, there was one that she missed."
"Loyalty," Dailey said before later hiring Pavlech. That one word has stuck with Pavlech."

"To me, her and coach Auriemma, they're just such a good team and just learning the sacrifices you know, that she makes day in and day out for the program and the organization," Pavlech said. ... But to me, you know, there's no UConn without CD."
