I'm really interested to see Butler improve on the defensive end. Not the best start for her so far...and then she knocks down a shot on the offensive end...:p

My gosh, is USF really as bad as they look or has UConn reach a new level?
Just a bad match-up, in that USF needs to run to be most effective .. and, nobody, flat out nobody, can run with UConn

Yeah, but did you have a Kubota?
nah, as I recall (it was 40 years ago), it was a Deere. I didn't know how to drive a standard, at the time, but, the poor tractor paid the price for my learning curve.

This UConn team isn't as consistently monstrous as the last couple of teams. But when they're on, they're basically as good on offense as any UConn team. That's been the biggest surprise about this year for me, IMO - how a team used to deferring to the three offensive titan seniors of last year has found a way to score against almost anyone this year.

I didn't see this coming! A friend predicted USF would be a step slow, but wow!

I believe DannyK was just on TV taking pictures on the stairs as they came back in from the break.

USF is far from being the 20th best team in the country I have no idea why they are even receiving votes LOL.

Combination of the two. USF has played no one this season, has a team of underclassmen, and has no one (a la Courtney Williams) that can truly create their own shot and make tough shots against tough defense. UConn is playing very well though (as they have for stretches this season: we'll see if they can put together 4 good quarters tonight).
