Sager: It looks like you're not going to be meeting Australia, your number one nemesis, until, unlike the gold medal game you'll play them before that. Is that good is that bad?

Dee: I don't know anything. I know who we're playing next and that's it.

Sager: Who's that?

Dee: I don't even know that.

Sager: It's Canada.

Dee: I'm ready for Canada.

Sager: Good job. Go to the archery.

Dee: Thank you mate.

Dee was kind to Sager, who is way out of his league in talking with her.

He's lucky that, during the Olympics, he doesn't get to wear those God-awful suits that are his calling card. I shudder to think what D might have said to him then.

Man, THANKS for this. There is hardly any action footage on the youtube or anything. I'm starved. Why are we so poor with stuff to watch?

From the China contest's post-game presser:

On the responsibility the veterans feel to set an example for the younger generation:
I’m more of a pirate, I guess. I play basketball because I love it. I don’t think about the implications, or anything. I just try to go out there and ball out.
On whether she would consider playing in another Olympics:
I’m not that old. I’m only 30.
