    it was a poor effort on whats actually going on. its the 12-13 season ban not 13 and its not his final contract year. while i hope dd has a huge year and realizes his potential, hes no lock for greatness.

    Next year is the final year in his contract, is it not? That's what the article implies. Also, they are banned from postseason play in 2013, which is what the article says.

    pretty sure KO doesn't get the keys until the summer on 2014 heading into the 14-15 year. by then the pf will be up and the ncaa will be gone. they said it in a way to try to paint gloom and make it seem like its a multi year thing instead of what it is. this is going to happen alot with the tv contract stuff as uconn bball is 1 of the big east top 5 assets heading into this tv talks stuff.

    I took the whole article as painting the picture that Calhoun is still very actively involved in every aspect of recruiting and obviously seems intent on remaining so.
