time will tell whether this is a good deal, a bad deal or a meaningless one for UConn. One almost gets the impression that the Big East made it in effect to block the ACC...who really can't commit to a single location any more anyway. they are in Greensboro through 2015, I think, but I suspect there will be continuing pressure to move it around especially with the addition of Syracuse and Pitt.
Too bad the Big East can't poach other top conferences. The Big East Tournament at MSG is the greatest show on Earth!
