As the P4 have shunned our advances, the following bullet points would represent our best case scenario.
Big East getting a TV deal with FOX/ESPN where 100% of our basketball games are on linear TV still. That will be tough but doable in the age of streaming.
The Big East media rights deal netting 7+ million dollars per year per team on average.
The Big East staying at 11 teams or adding Gonzaga.
Our football program extending with CBS Sports Network for 1 million per year.
The CFP going to a 5/7 format instead of a 6/6 format leaving an additional at-large spot.
Cal and Stanford both going independent in football. Could give us two set in stone October or November games most years.
