If you are into design, creativity, art, or just appreciate the creative process I highly recommend. 10 episodes where they cover a different iconic designer from various fields (Illustration, Footwear Design, Stage Design, Graphic Design, etc...) and go through their creative process, how design shapes real life and is shapred by real life. It is really interesting if you like or even appreciate art/design/engineering/disruption, etc... I've only watched the first 2 episodes, and both were really good.
For hoops fans or sneaker heads, watch Ep. 2. It is Tinker Hatfield, the footwear designer at Nike who came up with Nike Air, Air Max, and the brains behind all the the massive Air Jordan launches. Very cool story. Former U Oregon pole vaulter under Bill Bowerman (sp?). Was an architecture major, won a design contest with Nike, and is the guy Phil Knight said probably saved Nike in the 90's by helping to keep Jordan from leaving.
