Very interesting movie. Really can't describe much of it without going into spoilers which is odd because so little actually happens in the way of spoilers.

Long story made short - a couple moves into an old house. The husband loves the house, the wife wants to move somewhere more cosmopolitan. They exchange about ten words on the subject. Husband dies and finds his way back to the house. And he's covered in a bedsheet with two eyes cut out. And then the rest of the movie happens.

Lots of very long, still shots, very little dialogue, and the protagonist spends most of the movie covered by a bedsheet. There is precious little action. It's also shot in what looks like the old 4:3 aspect ratio of the old standard televisions. (Which actually makes it a perfect iPad movie.)

Odds are that you will hate it. Watch it twice - knowing what happens actually helps the movie. After the second viewing, you will either really hate it or you might actually have liked it.

I was browsing Netflix the other night and came upon this. My wife nixed it and we watched something else. It looked potentially interesting.

It's not on Netflix, etc., yet - it's an on-demand rental. (2017 movie.)
