on the pro prospect thing, maybe he isn't NBA material, but he can play pro somewhere.
ability/skill-rodney is a hound on d, developed a somewhat consistent 3 pointer, and is a solid slasher but an admittedly inconsistent finisher. I would still say that the weight of this category should be in rodneys favor.
on how vital a guy is to teams success should be what puts rodney on this list alone even if you're harsh in judging the other criteria. There are not 50 players, and even more including honorable mentions, that are more vital to their teams success and you would be hard pressed to find 50 flat out better players.
