Let's just say it's obvious we lost an AD in the offseason.

Other than LMU, none of the cupcakes are cupcakes. Great schedule.

I'm willing to buy low on Loyola Marymount as well - they got the Hawaii transfer at center who is eligible right away, and a pretty good point guard coming back. I can see them being top 150 next year.

Fully expecting to get pounced on, but the 2015-16 home schedule will probably be the worst since UConn joined the Big East. Potential for some good games though depending on how Maui shakes up. Overall, while featuring some good games and a chance to attain a very solid RPI, this schedule is a disservice to season ticket holders.

Pros:
Neutral and away games
Lack of cupcakes (love that they are playing both BU and Northeastern)

Cons:
Overall home schedule is lacking

All things considered, I'm pretty happy with the schedule.

While the home schedule is very unappealing, the lack of disastrous cupcakes is great. Only three look to be potential sub-250 teams and one, LMU, is on the road so the committee would likely be happy that at least we played one of these games away from home.

It's good to see the Northeast love on the buy games (other than UNF). The LMU game will probably be more difficult than it should be given it's a 3000 mile journey to play an overmatched team on a weeknight with half a roster that will be freshmen. I think we're all looking forward to next year when we get Arizona on the non-con schedule at this point...

Definitely happy that there is no regular season games against the likes of Furman, Central, New Hampshire, Maine, and some of the other dregs. Northeastern and BU s RPI's were 109 and 196 last season, so that's reason for some optimism, I would say.

Bigger non conference games look fine. Was hoping some combo of UT, Michigan, Maryland would be there but I'm fine with it as is. What ever happened with the duke? We played a neutral site game during the jah okafor season. I thought we were going to have a game with them each year going forward?

Well, I take that back. Hawaii had a Stefan Jankovic (16 ppg) and a Stefan Javanovic (4 ppg) last year. LMU got the bad Stefan.

Nope. They just picked UConn for their annual NYC area game that year. Nothing more than that.

Shouldn't be too hard to get tickets, Gampel/XL will be ghost towns. How do you get fans to turn out for these crappy ass teams.

Disappointed like other season tix holders about the lack of home schedule, but was anyone really expecting another big name to be announced here? Also can't complain with the loaded road/neutral schedule and the upgraded "cupcake" schedule others have mentioned including Northeastern, BU and North Florida.

The schedule will look nice for a committee unfortunately they don't buy tickets and I'm suspecting that'll be true for the non diehards as well

Just the type of schedule people have been wanting (despite the lack big time home games)

Last year's RPIs:
North Florida 167
Wagner 168
BU 185
LMU 223
Northeastern 114
Syracuse 40
Georgetown 103
TOSU 78
Maui Field
Chaminade N/A
UNC 5
Oregon 4
Tennessee 142
OK State 180
Wisconsin 36

Much better than having multiple 250+ teams
