I seem to recall Geno saying he was all done with foreign players. I guess he heard too much of things like "you didn't bring me 8000 miles to pass the ball" ? J/K about that, it had nothing to do with Svet, but I'm pretty sure I heard him say something to that effect on the Geno show one time.
In the FIBA tourney in 2010, he liked the tall Eastern Europeans who could shoot the three. Not sure he wanted to coach any, though.
If the European economy continues to slide into a depression sponsors for the pro's may dry up and a US scholarship starts looking better.
