The fat lady, Kate Smith, is warming up to sing God Bless America at this very moment. Unfortunately, there won't be any door knocking. Hoping for the player from Boston University. If it is Chen, there will be no excitement for me. There just does not seem to be a need for her although, the...
For the last five days I came to the BY to see if Beers had committed to UConn only to see she had not. Maybe we should start hoping for Weimar or Wiemar. She averaged double figures last season and appears to be a good post player. Someone suggested that UConn go after her. I am not familiar...
Are you aware that Geno likes for his post players to develop an outside shot? It helps to bring the other team's post player out of the lane. They do what the coaching staff tells them to do.
I read where she does not want to spend most of her minutes in the low post. She is not a Center. Milford, I think it did turn her off. When I read what SC did, I figured it would either win her over are turn her off. I was hoping it would turn her off.

After waiting for a year, maybe Jana does not want to ease into the rotation. :) However, if Beers does commit to UConn, that would solidify the post position for the next five years with three quality players at least 6'4". That should satisfy the BYers who say we need bigs.
I would hope UConn would focus on developing Zabell and Cheli and the continued developing of Shade and Arnold. I think the guard from Columbia is better than Chen, but she has already committed to another school.
I am responding to the post stating that Clark changed the way the game is played. You tell me which players have changed the game. Some rule changes have changed the game but no player that I can think of. Also, I did not set the bar.
How has she changed the game? She has brought much more needed attention to the game but, other than her logo threes, what has changed in the game? It is not played any faster or slower or above the rim. There have been many players who can see the floor like she does and make pinpoint passes...
