To be fair, the Pre-Season All Big East Catcher did hit .230 with a HR last year and .237 with 4 HR's the year before. Cant expect P. Wink to match those numbers.

Watch it again Soxfan. Tucker isn't even at 3rd when the ball is being picked up. Springer had to wait to see if he was going home or stopping at 3rd. That being said, I agree he didn't bust it out of the box, but there was nowhere for him to go until Tucker was waived in from 3rd.
