Napheesa Collier, a 6-1 junior wing from St. Louis, committed to UConn on Sunday April 20 during her official visit, according to the Connecticut Post. Collier is ranked #4 by ASGR and Prospect Nation, #6 by Full Court, #7 by ESPN and #15 by Blue Star.
Collier averaged 23.7 points, 10 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 3.8 steals and 2.3 blocks this past season and led her team to a 62-1 record in high school, according to the St. Louis Post Dispatch. Most recently, her high school, Incarnate Word, won its second state title. Collier was named Missouri’s Gatorade Player of the Year and the Post Dispatches Player of the Year.
